Colors & Line Styles Dialog

Controls: Edit Menu >> Colors & Line Styles
Macro: ColorDlg

Use this dialog to change the colors of various Daqarta features and display line styles to suit your own preferences, or for special applications. You can invoke if from the Edit menu via ALT+E, C or directly via CTRL+SHIFT+C.

The Go To Spectrogram Colors button at the top of the dialog simply invokes the same Spectrogram Color Palette dialog as the Color button at the top of the main Spectrogram / Pitch Track control dialog, which can be opened via the thin button under the toolbar Sgram/PT button, or CTRL+M, or the Edit menu Spectrogram (ALT+E, M).

Below that is a series of colored boxes and buttons for items whose colors can be changed. The four display channels are grouped separately and also include Line Width and Line Style controls.

In the above image, the Left In display channel button is selected, showing a yellow color box. Below the display channel buttons, at the bottom of the group box, there is a wide box the color of the Screen button (top item, dark blue) holding a yellow dashed line next to a button labeled L.I. Style. This shows the way the Left In lines are shown in the main display area. Toggling the L.I. Style button advances through all the style options.

The Line Width is shown set to 3, which applies to all four display channels.

Below the display channel group box are separate Red, Green, and Blue controls for the selected item. In this case Red and Green are set to 255, to produce the yellow color for Left In.

Alternatively, the Palette button will open a standard Windows Color selection dialog. However, while the separate Red, Green, and Blue controls take effect immediately, the Windows color palette dialog does not notify Daqarta of any changes until you close it.

At the bottom of the dialog are Save File and Load File buttons. These allow you to save all settings to files, including line width and styles, and load them at any time.
