Swap Left / Right Outputs Controls: Generator Dialog >> Swap
This reverses the effective Generator output connections, such that the normal Left signal goes to the Right output, and the normal Right signal goes to the Left output. As with Dual and Solo changes, any change here will take a moment to reach the output, but it will be a smooth transition. This is discussed under Left / Right Output Enable. Note that the Swap button is disabled when the Multi-Channel Outputs On button is active in the Multi-Channel Outputs dialog, even if the Generator is off so there is no actual output Macro Notes: GenSwap=1 turns on Swap mode, GenSwap=0 turns it off, and GenSwap=x toggles between on and off. In some cases you may want to change the Swap state at the same time as Solo or Dual, without separate fade transitions. To do this, give the desired Swap state as a second digit in the Solo or Dual command. For example, GenSoloL=10 sets Left Solo on and Swap off. Note that when you use this option you must use digits 0 and 1 to set specific states only; you may not use an x to toggle an existing state. You can determine the current Generator mode with the GenMode read-only variable: 0 = Normal 1 = Dual L 2 = Dual R 3 = Solo L 4 = Solo R See also Signal Generator Control Dialog. |
