Multi-Channel Display Spacing

Macros: MultiSpace

In Multi-Channel Output mode, the Spacing control allows you to adjust the vertical spacing between channel traces when the Show All Raw Chans button is active. The Spacing units are screen pixels.

When waveforms are displayed with Spacing set to 0, all the channels are superimposed at the vertical center of the screen. This allows easy comparison of peak heights among channels. Increasing the Spacing value spreads the traces apart vertically by the indicated number of pixels between traces. The active channels that are nearer the top of the Multi-Channel Outputs dialog will move upward, while those nearer the bottom will move downward, relative to whatever channel is most central of those that are active.

In Spectrum mode, the traces are likewise spread vertically, but the top-most channel is unchanged while lower channels move downward, with Spacing pixels between them.

In both waveform and Spectrum modes the Spacing is independent of PgUp/PgDn Display Magnification.
