Custom Macro Message ColorsMacros: MsgColr, MsgBkColr You can set text and background colors of custom macro messages to alert the operator to special conditions. For example, MsgColr="255,0,0" sets the color of the text to red. The color is specified as a triplet of Red, Green, and Blue values, each ranging from 0 to 255. Note that the quotes around the color triplet are mandatory. The default color is black, equivalent to MsgColr="0,0,0". Alternatively, you can use Msg="<C(r,g,b)" to set the Red, Green, and Blue values. Instead of the explicit values required by the MsgColr format, here you can use macro expressions. Also, this is the only format that can be used by Output Display commands in MIDI Changes scripts. MsgBkColr="255,255,196" specifies the default "cream" background color for the message. The alternative format is Msg="<B(r,g,b)". See also Message Macros, Macro Overview ![]() |
