Phase Mod On / Off

Macro: PM

When this is active, the main Wave for the Stream is modulated by the specified Source.

The label on the button may be PM, Slope, or PWM. Its state is mirrored by the corresponding button of the Stream Dialog, but it can only be changed here; the button on the Stream serves only to bring up this dialog.

Macro Notes:

L.1.PM=1 turns Left Stream 1 PM/Slope/PWM on, L.1.PM=0 turns it off, and L.1.PM=x toggles between on and off.
