The Spectrum control dialog can be activated from the Edit menu (ALT+E, S), or by clicking on the thin unlabeled button under the toolbar Spectrum button, or via the CTRL+S accelerator key.

Macro Notes:

SpectDlg=1 opens the Spectrum dialog, SpectDlg=0 closes it, and SpectDlg=x toggles between open and closed.

Note that you do not need to open this dialog to change its controls directly via macro commands.
