Sound Card Frequency Sweep Dialog


Macro: SweepDlg

The Sweep dialog is different from the AM, FM, and Phase Modulation dialogs. Like them, it has a duplicate of the main Freq control, although here it is called Start. (There is no duplicate of the main Phase control.) And like the FM and Phase dialogs, it is also not available for noise-type waves, or Arb/Play in Step Timing mode. But unlike these other modulator dialogs, it does not allow selection of any modulator source other than its own Linear / Exponential or Stairs sweep generators.

If the Stream dialog is open, SweepDlg=1 opens the Sweep dialog, SweepDlg=0 closes it, and SweepDlg=x toggles between open and closed.

Note that you do not need to open the Sweep dialog to change any of its controls directly via macro command.
