Percussion Setup Dialog

The Setup buttons down the left side of the Pitch-to-MIDI dialog open dedicated control dialogs for tonal MIDI Voices 1-8. The button for the Percussion Setup dialog is at the bottom.

Unlike many other Daqarta dialogs, Setup dialogs are "floating" and can be dragged away from the parent Pitch-to-MIDI dialog, so you can work on both dialogs concurrently. However, only one Setup dialog can be open at a time. Hitting a different Setup button on the Pitch-to-MIDI dialog will replace the current Setup dialog with the new one.

MIDI Percussion Setup Controls:

• Percussion On/Off
• Level (Volume)
• Pan Position
• Pan Scan
• Pan Wrap
• Pan Beat
• Instrument Number
• Instrument On/Off
• Velocity
• Velocity Track
• Lag
• Hold
• Velocity Pattern and Rolls
• Pattern Scroll
• Changes Script On/Off
• Float Changes Script

Macro Notes:

MIDIdlgP=1 opens the Percussion Setup dialog, and MIDIdlgP=0 closes it. A macro that opens a Voice Setup automatically closes Percussion if it is currently open.

This macro will only work if the Pitch-to-MIDI dialog is already open.

There are no macros to operate controls within the Percussion Setup dialog... use Changes instead.
